Using more than one site is ok except it can become time-consuming and difficult. In most cases, you will experience a learning curve. I recommend having a website because a website can be used as an information provider and also attract buyers. You will be able to attract buyers using your website after you have used a method on your website that will cause people to want to visit your website. The method you choose is up to you. Many people use a little-known talent they have such as playing guitar or making cartoon animated videos.  Whatever you choose be sure that it has useful information for the person engaging in your content

There are no sites that are free once you press the promote button. Organically posting 4 times a day is the only free option to promote a service on social media at this time as well as interacting with a cold targeted audience.

Please remember that many of these social media sites require persons to have a certain amount of followers or other requirements which will be introduced to you if you try to promote without following the guidelines. Google Ads are not as popular in this day and time however if you are comfortable with creating Ads for business it is a great tool.
